Snack Time​

 

  • We encourage you to provide healthy snacks for your child, (avoid "treats").

  • Please note we are a NUT-FREE school.

  • Grapes should be cut in half, length-wise.

  • Please ensure that your child brings a full water bottle to class each day.

 

 

Healthy Snack Suggestions

 

  • Fresh fruit (apples,oranges, bananas, grapes, strawberries, watermelon, pears etc.)

  • Fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes etc.)

  • Dried fruit (raisins, cranberries etc.)

  • Breakfast or granola bars 

  • Mini rice cakes

  • Pretzels

  • Crackers (Goldfish, Ritz, Bretons, Wheat Thins etc.)

  • Breakfast cereal (Cheerios, Shreddies etc.)

  • Cheese

 

 Please look for a nut-free label on prepackaged goods!
